Have you hit a brick wall with your weight loss? We are here to help you.
For those dieters that are on product and participating in the Very Low Calorie Diet we encourge you to stay focused, be sure to attend your weekly sessions, know your caloric count, drink your water, exercise and remember that we are just a phone call or email away.

For Living Healthy Members the 'brick walls' can be broken down. Journal, journal, journal! Write down everything that passes your lips. By journaling you may find yourself eating without being hungry! It is amazing the amount of food that we can consume without even thinking about it. Cut down on portions, drink more water and get moving. Exercise is so beneficial and can be a good addiction. Try something new. Yoga, dancing, swimming, biking, spin classes, walking, all so good for us. So again, get moving!!

In closing, think before you eat and drink, use portion control and choose an exercise program that you will look forward to.
Use these helpful insights all the time (even while on vacation). Challenge other people to live healthy and remember we are here for Living Healthy Members also. It's a life long journey, embrace it!
